Admission

Admissions Admission forms are available in the school office during the time when the registration is open. The Admission form must be filled as per instructions and submitted to the school office. The birth certificate/transfer certificate of the child
must be submitted along with the admission form. The school management is NOT liable for any loss of property, damage/charges on account of injuries, fatal or otherwise, which may be sustained by the student, at any time during his/her
stay in the school, in the school bus or while taking part in studies, sports and extra-curricular activities or any other form of activities of the school within or outside the school premises. The parent will sign an arrangement with
the management, which will be in the admission form.
Admissions Documents Required Following documents in original & a photocopy are to be submitted along with the Admission Form Birth Certificate / Part II order for Army Personnel Three-passport size photographs School Leaving
Certificate (Transfer Certificate) of previous school Annual Report Card of the last class completed

Nursery                      3+ years

Kindergarten (KG)   4 +years

Class I             5 + years

Admissions Transport Facility
Bus facility is available for students on payment basis.

Students availing bus facility have to pay the bus fee for eleven months.

The school does not accept any responsibility for any delays/accidents/mishaps. The school accepts no responsibility for providing transport for extra-curricular activities.

Admissions WITHDRAWAL
Application for transfer certificate must be given in writing by the parents. A clear month’s notice of withdrawal must be given. All dues must be cleared before the Transfer certificate is issued. If the Transfer Certificate is required on
an urgent basis, due to unavoidable circumstances, it may be issued on payment of Rs 250/, provided all dues of the school have been cleared.
Admissions Removal
If the school fees are not paid by the end of the month for which they are due, a fine as prevalent in the session shall be charged. If fees fall in arrears for more than four months from the scheduled date, the student’s name will be removed
from the school rolls. A sum of Rs. 1500/- per child as Re-admission fee and in addition a fine of Rs.600/- will be charged before the child is allowed to attend class. Any pupil whose conduct, progress or application is unsatisfactory
may be required to leave the school.A pupil is liable to removal from the school if no satisfactory explanation is received from the parent/guardian for the following breaches of the disciplinary rules: i)         Habitual unpunctuality; ii)       Irregular
attendance; iii)      Absence from school for 3 days in succession, without any intimation.A pupil is liable to immediate removal from the school for the following reasons: i)         Insubordination to a member of the school Staff; ii)       Deliberate disobedience of orders given by a member of the school
Staff; iii)      Copying or cheating in Tests/Examinations; iv)     Conduct in or out of school which may be detrimental to the general good of the school. v)       Intentional destruction/defacement of the school property.
Admissions Scholarships –
Those parents desirous of applying for a concession/ scholarship should submit an application to the school office after school reopens.
